Growth Hacker (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities
- You will join your Business Consulting Team. We work project-based building client solutions from scratch to prototype or solution.
- You will collaborate with digital marketing experts, UX designers, Data Scientists, business models, and business process consultants. And of course with our software engineers!
- You will support consulting projects for digital marketing concepts and implementation for instance identifying new target groups.
- You will work on quantitatively analyze tracking data with tools like Google Analytics and appropriate MarTech tools.
- Your mission as a pioneer is to find new and promising ways to boost digital marketing sales.
- You develop creative ideas and innovations, you are very keen to experiment, and can quickly validate your hypotheses with the help of effortless "hacks".
- With your excellent eye for user experience, you can build innovative user stories along the client journey from scratch.
- You can identify and implement growth opportunities using quantitative and qualitative information to increase client acquisition, activation, and retention.
- You can manage the creation and execution of innovative online marketing and engagement campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Consistently generate ideas and hypotheses to carry out experiments and iterative tests for optimizing performance, including content/creative, subject lines, product features, and more.
- Monitor the effectiveness of growth activities and own weekly & monthly reporting, including engagement metrics and productivity trends.
- Back everything up with data, apply logic to your thinking and thrive to automate the growth process.
Your profile
- You have already worked in digital marketing for at least 3 years, preference in performance marketing and content creation.
- You have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and user experience. You have a cross-disciplinary understanding and knowledge of A/B testing.
